We raise natural, grass-fed lamb and mutton on the rich soils and forage of the Snohomish River Valley. Lamb availability begins in the fall and usually sells out by Easter, with reservations being first-come, first-served. Putting a deposit down in the spring/summer ensures best availability. A family farm in Carnation, Washington since 1989, we provide our community of the greater Seattle area with a diverse selection of fresh produce, grass-fed & pastured meat, pastured eggs, and stone-ground flour, all of which are cultivated using organic farming practices. At Jubilee, you get to know your farmer, your food, and each other.

Our mission is to provide ethically raised grass fed and finished, hormone free Suffolk Lambs. Our sheep graze on rotated pastures protected by our Great Pyrenees Livestock Guardian Dogs.

Locally produced lamb, eggs, Pomeranian goslings, geese and chicken. At Starlight Manor sheep are selected for their fiber. Unique crossbred Shetland, Icelandic and Finn sheep some with Soay genetics produce very soft and fine wool in natural colors. Fleeces are processed separately to preserve the unique quality of each individual. I sell raw fleece, washed and tumbled fleece and ready to spin batts or roving. Beginner kits with a custom designed drop spindle and grocery totes made out of empty grainbags are also available.
