SnoValley Tilth is hosting a series of work group sessions for farmers who are working on (or want to work on) food safety plans. Please come to ask questions, and make progress on your food safety plans.   Ele Watts from WSDA is partnering with us and will be attending these sessions as needed to answer questions and give guidance.

January Session:  Bring in your farm map(s) – if you have one – and we’ll go over each one, finding areas of potential concern and discussing possible solutions.  If you don’t have a farm map, don’t worry.  You can learn a lot from looking at others and begin your own at this work group as well.

Come to any of these sessions and receive an updated Produce Safety Manual from the WSDA!
