In this workshop with Josh Volk of Slow Hand Farm, participants will discuss record keeping tools for strategies for efficient harvest and weed control, including getting you and your crew on the same page and managing transitions. Learn about different tool options and how to make decisions about best tools to use.

We’ll also go outside and put these tools to practice! We’ll take a look at weeding and harvesting with a focus on speed and safety and get a hands-on sense of how different tools work in action.
